AI Hands On Workshop Events - Terms and Conditions Policy

1. Ticket Purchase and Refunds:  Once purchased, tickets for the AI Hands On Workshop Event are non-transferable and exclusively reserved for the registered participant. All ticket sales are final, and no returns, exchanges, or refunds are permitted under any circumstances.

2. Event Conduct:  All attendees, participants, and visitors are expected to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor throughout the event. AI Hands On. reserve the right to remove or deny entry to anyone exhibiting inappropriate or disruptive behavior.

3. Privacy and Data Protection:  Personal information collected for ticket registration or during the event will be stored following data protection regulations. Except for Ai Hands On  Sponsors and Industry partners, Information will not be shared without explicit consent, unless required by law.

4. Event Changes: AI Hands On reserve the right to make adjustments or changes to the event, including the schedule, speakers, or content, without prior notice to attendees.

5. Liability & Indemnification:  Attendees, participants, and visitors agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Hands On, and all affiliated parties, including venue providers, sponsors, industry partners, from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, or losses arising from their participation or attendance at the event. AI Hands On shall not be liable for any claims or damages resulting from the actions or negligence of venue providers, sponsors, industry partners, participants, attendees, or other visitors.

6. Content and Materials:  All event materials, including but not limited to presentations, recordings, and handouts, are the proprietary property of AI Hands On Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or use of these materials is strictly prohibited.

By purchasing a ticket and attending the AI Hands On Workshop Event, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
